30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every NexDrive order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Briefly describe the issue — vehicle year and model helps us troubleshoot first.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

1-Year Warranty
NexDrive carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. If the unit fails under normal use, email us with your order number and a short description and we will send a replacement. The warranty does not cover physical damage, moisture damage, or damage caused by misuse or unauthorised disassembly.

Fitment Issues
If NexDrive does not fit or function in the vehicle you ordered it for, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your year, model and VIN. We will either confirm the correct solution or issue a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks
We are a real, responsive team committed to resolving every issue quickly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we require that you contact us first at support@clickcraftventures.net. We respond within 1–2 business days. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with full evidence including our refund policy, order confirmation and delivery records.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date (warranty claims for defects remain available for 1 year).
- Units showing physical damage caused by misuse or unauthorised disassembly.

Product Note
NexDrive does not repair existing engine damage and is not represented to improve fuel economy. Emissions regulations vary by jurisdiction.
